Sian

Hey, and welcome to the Vibrant Mind Vibrant Life podcast. For those of you who are new here, I'm Sian Hill, your host. And for those of you who are seasoned listeners, welcome back. So what are we talking about today? Well, last week I spoke about the unseen barriers that may be holding you back. Those beliefs that are maybe unconscious to you, that are getting in the way, that are acting like a block to you achieving what it is that you actually want and how they may be actually serving a purpose for you. Even if it's something that you're totally unaware of, they may have a positive intention for being there. And it's only through recognizing that, that you can begin to dissolve them if they're not serving you, to learn from them and identify what it is that that needs to shift internally. Now, off the back of that episode, I was contacted by one of the lovely listeners, you know who you are, with a question that I thought it'd be fun to answer on the podcast. So the question was around how long it takes to create the things that you want when you believe that it's true. So how long does it take from believing in something to actually experiencing it to manifesting it in physical reality? Now, I love this question. It's something that I asked myself many times in the past. It's something that still comes up for me today. And it's something that I hear bounced around often. You know, so many people when having conversations about their goals, about their goals. Manifestation about creating whatever it is they want in their life, want to know how long is it going to take? What has to happen? How long do I have to stick at this stuff until it actually works? So I thought it'd be fun to dive on in and share with you the knowledge and experience that I have to date. Now, I dare say they're going to be people out there who are much Further down the line, who have a lot more experience, a lot more knowledge than I do, have maybe been practicing it for a lot longer, that could share other ways, other thought processes that are maybe more advanced, maybe more beneficial. Yet for those of you who are stuck where you are right now and that question is the very question coming to mind, then what I share with you today may be the, the very thing that you need to hear. It may be the next step on your journey to letting go of that resistance and actually beginning to get some movement and starting to see some physical evidence of the, the mental and the emotional work that you've been likely doing. So, back to the question. Sian, there's something that I want, there's something I want to create, and I believe that it's true. So, where the freaking hell is it? Why am I not experiencing it in my 3D reality, in this thing that I call life? End. The answer is in the question let me expand on that. You have this thing that you want to create, this desire that you have. And you've been doing the inner work to create the belief, to bridge the gap from where you are right now to where you want to be. And the beliefs that have to be in place in order to support that reality and being true. Now, the outside world is a reflection of the inner world. You've probably heard that said many times in many different ways. So we're not seeing the world as it is. We see it through our own unique lens. And that lens is filtered through our beliefs, our memories, our personality, our values, all of those things that make us who we are. So everything we see outside of us has been processed and filtered through our own unique lens. And that's how we've landed with our version of reality, our model of the world. Now, if in our model of the world, if in our mind, if in our version of reality, we absolutely 100 percent believe that the thing that we desire, the thing that we want to achieve is a done deal, it's gonna happen. It's only a matter of time. So however much time it takes is irrelevant because it's happening. Would you ever really question where that thing is? Transcribed by https: otter. ai If you know 100%, you have total belief, you have complete certainty that the things that you want to happen, the desires that you have, are a done deal. They are coming into fruition in one way, shape, or form. Maybe not in the exact, precise way that you desire, but the essence of them, the thing that it is that you desire about them, is gonna happen, is happening, has happened, is here. Would you be questioning where it is? The question in and of itself is an indication that there's some lack going on. There's a gap between the thing that you want and your belief that it's a done deal. Now there are many ways, there are many tools that you can use to close that gap, to get rid of that self doubt. That is something that I do, so if that's something that you want to explore further with me, by all means get in touch, drop me a message, I'd love to help you with it. And if you're someone who is maybe getting overwhelmed by the, the thought of the whole journey from where you are to where you want to be, if you're maybe trying to work out all the steps before you even get started, then head to the show notes where you'll find a link to a free guide, Start Before You're Ready Roadmap. Now this guide is going to be really helpful if you're finding yourself in that position where you're maybe trying to work out all of the steps. You're starting at step one and you already want to know what step 352 is. Before you begin, then maybe you've been procrastinating, putting things off, trying to have all the answers and the certainty before you even get going. it, Sometimes you've just got to go and do it, and in doing it, that is how you build that certainty. So this is going to help you to begin to bridge that gap. head to the link to the show notes if you want to get your copy or drop me a DM on Instagram with the word start and I'll send it over to you. Now, You can think of creating something new the same as actual creation itself as in giving birth to something. When somebody's pregnant, when they're having a baby, the baby isn't being experienced outside of them in this 3D reality, yet they have the belief they are having a baby. They're not questioning, am I having a baby or not? Is, is the baby here? Is it happening? The feeling is the belief is that The baby is happening. It's just a matter of time. And the excitement and the love and all of those emotions are experienced as if the baby is already here. As opposed to questioning, where is the baby? Why is it not here yet? And the process in and of itself then becomes enjoyable. The preparation for the baby arriving is all part of it. So just think about that for a moment. Where are you maybe questioning, where is my thing, rather than preparing yourself for the arrival of it because you know that it's coming. Now, as with pretty much every episode on this podcast, I like to talk about my own experience and where I've been through this myself and share that with you to kind of bring it to life. And this has been something that has come up for me very much so recently. There's been a lot of changes happening in my life, a lot of unexpected changes, which I'll share with you at a later date. That's not what this episode is about. Now I'm a big believer that when you ask for something new, you've got to make space for it. That means that something old has to go. There's maybe a part of you that has to almost die off like an identity, the shedding of the old skin. Maybe something physical has to actually go. Now let me give you a really simple example to really kind of bring the point home. If you want to have a new relationship, if you want to have a new partner, in an ideal world you haven't already got a partner in your life. If there's somebody already lying in your bed, then really unless it's a giant bed there isn't space for anybody else to jump on in. So you probably need to let go of the first partner before creating the new one. And it's the same with all stuff in life. So whether it's, you know, you want to bring in new clothes, a new car, there's going to be space on the drive in the wardrobe to allow that new thing in. Now, over the last 6 12 months, I've been really going deep on my own programs, the patterns that I've been running for a very long time to reveal them, work through them, and begin to change them. And in that process, I've been opening myself up to, right, what is it that I need to do? that I now want. Now that I've, I've peeled back some of these layers, I've dropped some of those old beliefs, some of those old ways of doing things. What is it that I now want to create? And that's opened up my thinking to some of the possibilities that are out there. But in the past, if I'm honest, I didn't even consider, they weren't even in my awareness. And with that, of course, some of the old stuff has to fall away. So there have been things in my life that have been falling away quite rapidly. I'm in that space of limbo. So the old stuff has fallen away, which I know it has to, yet the new stuff hasn't quite made its way in yet. So it's not something that I am tangibly experiencing in this 3D reality in this thing we call life. And I know 100 percent with total certainty that this is exactly what's meant to be happening. And I know that I am going to be fine and everything that I need is going to present itself to me. And in that, I had a realisation, that is how it should feel. Even though I've got nothing to step into, it's kind of like stepping out of an aeroplane without a parachute, I know that my parachute is going to present itself, I know that it's there waiting for me, and I'm not forcing it, I'm just allowing it to present itself in the perfect timing. Because We as humans don't have access to the bigger picture. So to think that we know everything that we need to know to manipulate the circumstances to work in our favor is crazy. There are so many moving parts in this world that I can't see. It may be that I have a conversation with somebody that lands me in the perfect place. It may be that I see something on, you know, on social media, on somewhere else, plants the seed of what that next step is. And either way, I'm okay. In fact, I'm feeling really excited about the unknown. And that's the thing that I invite you to consider. When you don't know How it's going to happen, or how long it's going to take, how do you feel about that not knowing? Does it present doubt to you? Does it make you question whether it's actually gonna happen or not? And whatever comes to mind, that is the gap, that is the space between where you are and where you wanna be. Because it's not a matter of how long it takes. It's a matter of are you in alignment with it? Are you ready for it? Are you ready to allow it and to receive it? And if you're questioning where it is, that's a sign that there's still some resistance, there's still some attachment to the outcome, things needing to be a certain way in a certain time frame, rather than knowing it's a done deal, and it will be here exactly when it's meant to be. And I will, of course, continue to share this journey with you. I am really excited to let you know how it comes into fruition. Because at the moment I have absolutely no idea and the way that I am viewing that is a bit like a kid at Christmas. I don't know what my present is that I'm going to unwrap but I'm still excited about it and in fact if I knew what it was going to be then that's most of the excitement gone. So I am leaving it up to powers that are bigger than me, the, to infinite possibilities that I have no conscious access to, because this is a co creation and this is where the co comes in. I am doing my part. I'm taking action. I'm doing the work. I'm working on those beliefs. I'm releasing those conflicts, those emotions that come up, I'm doing my part, I'm stepping out into the world, and in releasing those doubts, I'm trusting that the universe is going to deliver, that it's got something way bigger in store than I can even comprehend. So, as ever, I would love to know what your takeaways were. And if you have any other questions, if this prompted a question for you, Let me know, drop me a message and I could always create a podcast to answer your question. If you're still here, thank you for sticking around right to the end. I appreciate you. Thank you so much. And I will see you on the next episode.
